Terms of Service for NELBIT

1. Description of Service

NELBIT is a SaaS platform operated by NELBIT Team that allows registered users, via a personal client dashboard, to create dynamic and smart QR codes, organize them into projects and folders, track their performance analytics, and build customized Link Tree pages.

2. User Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree NOT to use NELBIT to:

• Generate QR codes or Link Tree pages that lead to phishing, malware, scams, or any illegal and offensive content.
• Spam, harass others, or violate the privacy rights of third parties.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the security, database integrity, or performance of our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend your user account, as well as disable or delete any QR code or project that violates these terms without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, client dashboard architecture, and source code on the NELBIT platform are the intellectual property of NELBIT Team. You retain full ownership of the data and links you enter into your projects, but you grant us the right to host and display them on your behalf.

4. Limitation of Liability

NELBIT is provided "as is" without any warranties. NELBIT Team shall not be held liable for any data loss within your account, temporary unavailability of the client dashboard, or interruptions in your QR codes' functionality caused by technical factors beyond our control.
